FAC Talk: Taking Charge of the Change – a community talk with Traci Thrash, The Change Doula, LLC
July 21 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

In this hour-long interactive session, Traci Thrash will guide participants through the full menstrual health timeline, helping each person understand where they are in their unique journey and what to expect ahead. Together, the group explores why no two menopause experiences look alike, how to track and interpret their own symptoms, and what simple, sustainable tools can help ease the transition. You’ll leave with practical knowledge, a few new tools, and the reminder that you don’t have to go through this alone.
This FAC Talk will be in person and virtual. Register for the virtual talk at https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/gcxj4c8. You do not need to register if you plan to attend in person.
