The Fulton Chamber Players is a classical music ensemble uniting world-class artists to present exceptional programs. Our members are passionate about bringing the highest quality performances to audiences as well as inspiring the next generation of musicians. The Fulton Chamber Players operates under the aegis of the Fulton Music Society, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming what music means in the 21st century by nurturing thoughtful, well-rounded students through dedicated music study. They are working to connect the dots between student life and the professional world by emphasizing skills and experiences that translate beyond their instruments. Through Fulton’s programs, young musicians will be ready to lead their generation in any field they choose.

Jeffrey Charles Wagner is a Chicago-area pianist who spends much time in Fort Atkinson, and is delighted to perform a program of popular and classical music, with spoken commentary to the community. He earned a BA in the history of music from Northwestern University, and a master's in piano performance from Indiana University’s famed School of Music (now known as the Jacobs School). He has taught in the community music program at the Cleveland Institute of Music, and has written extensively about music, primarily for Clavier Magazine. He will bring historical and cultural context with the music he perform. In this way he hopes to make for today's listeners music of previous eras to be living and and fresh expressions of our cultural heritage.

Dance the night away — no partner, no experience, no problem.

Join us on the first Friday of the month for an evening of movement, music, and community. In partnership with Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Oconomowoc, we’re bringing the joy of ballroom dance to Fort Atkinson in a way that’s welcoming, fun, and completely beginner-friendly.

The evening kicks off with an hour-long dance lesson from 6:00–7:00 PM, led by professional ballroom dance instructors who will teach easy, approachable steps you can actually use on the dance floor. From 7:00–9:00 PM, the floor opens up for social dancing — put those new moves to work as we dance to modern hits you already know and love.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have never set foot on a dance floor, you’ll feel right at home. Come solo, bring a friend, or make new ones here.
