Lunch Boxes for Little Yogis
Sunday, March 15 | 2:00 – 3:15 PM

Celebrate National Nutrition Month with a fun, hands-on wellness event for kids and families at the Fort Atkinson Club Community Center!

Led by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics — children will learn how to build simple, nutritious lunches and enjoy a playful kids yoga session that connects healthy eating with movement and mindfulness.

Come pack, snack, and stretch with us while building healthy habits that help kids grow strong and feel their best.

Spring Into Wellness
April 4 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Join us for a FREE, community-wide health and wellness event—now in its third year and proudly sponsored by Fort Healthcare. This event brings together local health and wellness vendors and organizations, engaging fitness classes, and complimentary snacks, all designed to support and inspire your wellness journey. Spend the day connecting with health-focused experts, learning practical skills, and discovering resources that empower our community to feel better, move more, and stay prepared.

On the main floor, explore a variety of vendors and community partners offering wellness services, education, and resources to help you maintain a healthier lifestyle. Participating vendors and organizations include:

  • Fort HealthCare
  • Hometown Pharmacy
  • Fort Community Credit Union
  • Rock River Dental
  • Nancy Shea Clinical EFT
  • Fort Atkinson Senior Center

On the River/Lower Level, participate in 25-minute fitness classes suitable for all levels, including Chair Yoga and Standing Yoga.

On the Theater Level (2nd Floor), learn valuable emergency preparedness skills through hands-on demonstrations and training, including AED use, hands-only CPR, and Narcan administration.
