DESCRIPTION:Join us for our second patio concert of the season! Get ready for an evening filled with dancing\, music\, and delicious food as we celebrate the vibrant cultures of the Latino community!\n\nExperience the unique sounds of Clave y Afinque\, featuring some of the greatest Latin musicians in Wisconsin. Founded by Jesus “Joey” Burgos\, hailed as the best Latin vocalist in Milwaukee and surrounding areas\, this musical group promises an unforgettable performance!\n\nHosted by First United Methodist Church Hispanic Ministry (FUMC)\, we will be serving up mouthwatering dishes\, with proceeds benefiting youth activities. Support a good cause while indulging in a range of Latin foods!\n\nCheck out our menu featuring specialties from different countries: Pupusas (El Salvador) Arepas (Venezuela/Colombia) Empanadas (Dominican Republic) Tamales (Honduras) Tamales: Mexican (Oaxaca\, Mexico) Rice pudding (Nicaragua) Drinks: Limon\, Tamarind Mabi and Fruit Cocktail\n\nBut that’s not all! Join the Unity Project for dance lessons in salsa\, bachata\, and merengue during the band intermission on the river level inside. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable celebration of Latin culture!\n\n——\n\n\nPlease join FAC and the Unity Project for a prom dress donation drive. Donate gently used prom/formal dresses and accessories for the fashion show at the 2024 Fort Fall Fiesta taking place in September.
