This event brings together local health and wellness vendors and organizations\, engaging fitness classes\, and complimentary snacks\, all designed to support and inspire your wellness journey. Spend the day connecting with health-focused experts\, learning practical skills\, and discovering resources that empower our community to feel better\, move more\, and stay prepared. \nOn the main floor\, explore a variety of vendors and community partners offering wellness services\, education\, and resources to help you maintain a healthier lifestyle. Participating vendors and organizations include: \n\nJefferson County Health Department\nFort HealthCare\nHometown Pharmacy\nFort Community Credit Union\nRock River Dental\nNancy Shea Clinical EFT\nFort Atkinson Senior Center\n\n**Interested in joining as a vendor? To reserve your space\, a $25 refundable deposit is required\, which will be returned at the end of the event. Please register before February 15. REGISTER HERE.\nOn the River/Lower Level\, participate in 25-minute fitness classes suitable for all levels\, including Chair Yoga and Standing Yoga.\n\nOn the Theater Level (2nd Floor)\, learn valuable emergency preparedness skills through hands-on demonstrations and training\, including AED use\, hands-only CPR\, and Narcan administration.
