DESCRIPTION:ROTARY is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide\, who provide humanitarian service\, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations\, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. ROTARY is the world’s first service club. The first Rotary club was founded in Chicago\, Illinois\, USA\, on February 23\, 1905. Rotary is some 1.2 million service-minded men and women belonging to over 32\, 000 Rotary clubs in virtually every nation in the world. Rotarians meet weekly for fellowship and interesting and informative programs dealing with topics of local and global importance. Membership is by invitation and reflects a wide cross-section of community representation. Rotarians plan and carry out a remarkable variety of humanitarian\, educational\, and cultural exchange programs that touch people’s lives in their local communities and our world community.

SUMMARY:Spring Yoga with Hannah
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an 8-week class for a gentle Hatha class led by Hannah Anastasia Ruth. \nHannah specializes in embodiment\, encouraging each students to find their own unique flow and listen to their own body\, breath\, mind and spirit. She is passionate about the healing powers of somatics and how deep attunement to the body is where healing happens. \nHer classes will increase your proprioception\, flexibility\, mindfulness\, and sense of safety and flow within your own body. Hannah adopted yoga as a form of movement medicine in her complex PSD healing journey. She also utilized it as maintenance care for her sciatic nerve flare ups. She brings to the table an awareness of how each student can benefit from yoga for physical fitness and/or physical fitness and/or physical\, emotional\, and spiritual healing. \n  \nREGISTER HERE \n
