Wedding Rates/Usage Fees

Weekdays (Monday thru Thursday): $750, Daily Rate

Fridays or Sundays: $1600, Daily Rate

Saturdays or Holidays: $2500, Daily Rate

Extended Use-- Weekend Rate: $3,000, Indoor* Daily Rate (Friday 3-9pm, Saturday 9 am to 12 midnight, Sunday 9-12 noon**)

*Outdoor/Patio Weddings: $250 extra

**Sunday is decoration & equipment pick-up only

Club Usage Dates and Times

Our elegantly restored building is available year-round. A large patio overlooking the river is available in-season with our Theater as back-up. We encourage reserving the whole building, as we are a community center hosting both public and private events. Weekends fill up quickly, so please contact us soon.

Wedding Details

Wedding rates are for the whole building - Daily rate is from from 9 a.m. until midnight.

Extended Use: Extended use also includes use of rooms for rehearsal dinners and decorating, plus Sunday morning for equipment pick-up.

Damage/ Excessive Cleaning Security Deposit is $800 check to be returned or shredded within five business days after the event, depending on outcome of site inspection.

Down Payment is 50% of the usage fee with balance due six months prior.

Cancellation Fee - Six months or more prior to event, 50% of usage fee retained. Less than six months prior to event, 100% of usage fee retained.

Excess Possession Fee (per hour or fraction thereof before or after usage termination time) $150.
